Saturday Senses

A way to capture the spirit of each week…

tasting :: eggplant appetizer from masullo’s. people, i don’t even like eggplant and this was delicious.

hearing ::  myself cry when i got headbutted at 4am by my little sweetheart.

smelling :: vanessa’s ridiculously delicious granola baking in my oven.

seeing :: my perspective change

feeling ::  discomfort in transition.

wishing/hoping :: for grace and kindness in this time of change.

What about you?

What are your senses this Saturday?

Looking back, how was your week?

Leave a comment and tell me all about it. I’d seriously love to hear about your week. Now’s not the time to be shy.

  1. Poor Mama! Headbutts suck a#%. Did I ever tell you that my sweetheart accidentally broke my nose when she threw her head back and into my nose? No fun. I am trying to imagine the smell of that granola. No doubt it’s marvelous. That giraffe is too stinkin’ cute. Grace and kindness… I need to chant those things to myself a lot. I can always use more of that. As usual, you remind me I need to write so thank you!
