Saturday Senses

A way to capture the spirit of each week…

{via – we heart it} note: only 3 or less months a year – sorry, portland.

tasting :: burrito con pollo sans dairy and maple brown sugar frosted mini wheats with rice milk

hearing ::  rain on the rooftop and npr in the background all day

smelling :: all the smelly candles at target and coming home to light fragrance free tea lights instead

seeing :: babies playing together.

feeling :: anxious. little girl had her first brush with separation and man, she meant business. amazing clarity after a brilliant session with my therapist.

wishing/hoping :: for an easeful court date monday and a rockin’ birthday tuesday.

What about you?

What are your senses this Saturday?

Looking back, how was your week?

Leave a comment and tell me all about it. I’d seriously love to hear about your week. Now’s not the time to be shy.

  1. This week I experienced a large, much needed change. I’m hearing the rain outside (a rare sound in San Diego), watching the first season of Lost (how did I never watch that show?!) smelling wet, salty dogs (from a day at the dog beach yesterday) and drinking jasmine green tea.
