A way to capture the spirit of each week…
tasting :: coconut milk EGG NOG (!!!!!), green smoothies, warm lemon water before breakfast and cooked apples in steel cut oats.
hearing :: ruby start singing all her favorite songs – finally.
smelling :: falafel pie baking.
seeing :: the inside of my eyelids. i totally fell asleep doing yoga this week. dude, i was tired.
feeling :: o.m.g. so. much. better.
wishing/hoping :: we (you, me) can stay healthy and sane for the rest of the holidays.

Holy heck that recipe sounds fantastic. I believe I need to do that. And as you know, so much for half of my household staying healthy but I’ll work on that sane part though that part is hard pretty much year-round.
Jen: the recipe is so ridiculously delicious and came together in 20 minutes – start to eat. It is actually quicker than take out.
