A way to capture the spirit of each week…
tasting :: green smoothies, blueberry iced tea, pancakes, homemade stir fry, vegan apple sage sausage and duck fat fries at the low brau, ruffles potato chips, fresh blueberries with vanilla soy yogurt.
hearing :: myself talk and talk and talk and talk. for THREE hours. i miss teaching people who are upright!
smelling :: nervous sweat. i gave a big presentation on mother’s day and it was hot. oh my goodness, stinky mama! {is that tmi?}
seeing :: new teachers come to life right before my eyes….so many opportunities for communities to grow and for people to find their right teacher and teachers to find their right students. also: lots of under eye circles.
feeling :: exhausted and exhilarated simultaneously. emdr broke open a pandora’s box of emotions from the past and my brain has decided the only opportunity for processing is in my sleep. ugh – can you say crazy dreams? AND so excited to be working on projects so close to my heart. while these aren’t keeping me up at night, they are certainly getting me up before the roosters (and my kid).
wishing/hoping :: how’s about we all hope for some peaceful sleep for the restorative yoga teacher always getting on everyone to rest? k, thanks!
