A way to capture the spirit of each week…
tasting :: green smoothies, pb&j on toasted sprouted bread, dark chocolate coconut bars, stir fry with sweet brown rice and peach blackberry pie. (we may need a pie intervention at the end of the summer).
hearing :: the whir of the fan and a lot of yelling (what a huge difference a few days makes).
smelling :: desert essence coconut hand and body lotion – the scent of summer around here.
seeing :: myself accomplish a remarkable amount of work in just one week, myself stepping out of my comfort zone on video and lots of people spreading the word about the healthy, happy, sane teacher.
feeling :: super proud of myself for being willing to try to projects even when they make me uncomfortable. grateful to the teachers who have already signed up for the the healthy, happy, sane teacher and tired because i can’t sleep past 6 am.
