A way to capture the spirit of each week…
tasting :: vanilla vegan protein shake, avocado toast, old fashioned vegetable soup, chada thai yellow curry with tofu and brown rice, vegan burrito bowls, tuna salad on rice cakes, almond butter on rice cakes, falafel on pita, potato chips, too many crackers, lots of tea and cough medicine.
hearing: so much coughing. bronchitis for all! (not really, hoping you didn’t get it because it was awful!)
smelling :: rain.
seeing :: preschoolers play soccer for the first time and some obstacles to self-care disappear when i got the right size bra. <– true story. read about it here.
feeling :: almost well. still some low energy and coughing, but so much better.
wishing/hoping :: to regain some traction in life. being sick really cuts down on productivity. and sleep. and fun.
