A way to capture the spirit of each week…
tasting :: vanilla vegan protein shake, baked potatoes with sauteed broccoli, strawberry coconut milk ice cream with almonds and chocolate chips, bbq chips, guacamole, hummus, egg salad and eggs over easy with lots of dill, sauteed kale and brown rice, old fashioned vegetable soup, green smoothies, toasted cinnamon raisin sprouted bread with peanut butter and raspberry jam, pineapple raspberry honey ice pops.
hearing: most messed up – the new record from old97s. a serious drunken romp not appropriate for preschool ears. which means more for me!
smelling :: summer heat in may. *gasp*
seeing :: pollen showers. why sacramento, why?
feeling :: so much better. that cough was a bitch.
wishing/hoping :: to reach all the teachers who need the healthy, happy, sane teacher program. is that you? someone you know?
