seeing: sun
feeling: cold
smelling kids shampoo and nag champa
hearing: kids playing Sorry and getting along (it’s a miracle)
tasting: bbq chicken and rice tonight (pretending it’s warm)
wishing: i was at Kripalu or some training or that I knew what 500H I wanted to do.
week ended great.. overall lovely
