tasting :: dots!

hearing :: every kid in portland squeal with delight in the children’s museum and the tide pool fountain at jamison square – mine included. plus ruby chat up friends and loved ones.

smelling :: evergreens and fresh (albeit HOT) pacific northwest air.

seeing :: a familiar place in a brand new way. traveling with a kid sure changes what’s on the daily agenda.

feeling ::  at home in a place we used to call home.

wishing/hoping :: to enjoy some non-heatwave weather before we return to heatwave sacto.
