Hi Tammy!
tasting :: Vegetarian Pho and clean water.
hearing :: My cat purring.
smelling :: Vegetarian Pho…mmmmmm.
seeing :: The trees outside my bedroom window, the sky.
feeling :: Really good after Carrie’s yoga class, a long afternoon NAP and that Pho!
wishing/hoping :: For my son to find his way to a life that fulfills him and makes him happy to wake up in the morning…when he is all grown up and on his own someday. And I hope for a smooth transition from our home to college to “real life.”
tasting :: peach yogurt and coffee for breakfast. Looking forward to kale and avocado salad for supper.
hearing :: my ancient dog panting and my cat whining to be held. My husband’s even breathing as he does tai chi.
smelling :: not much, my head is stuffy this morning.
seeing :: a big drop of rainbow on the living room wall from a prism in the kitchen window
feeling :: hesitant about yoga class this morning. I dug out a potato patch yesterday and I think my down dogs may be a little shaky this morning. Pleased about the potato patch being done, though.
wishing/hoping :: for peace for all the families who have recently lost their men.
