A way to capture the spirit of each week…
tasting :: vanilla vegan protein shake, old fashioned vegetable soup, green smoothies, pork tamales, teacher appreciation chicken burritos, red lentil coconut milk soup, overnight oats with pecans maple syrup and strawberries, vegan creamy garlic pasta with sauteed broccoli, vegan lemon lavender muffin, roobios chai with almond milk, gallons of plain water.
hearing :: lady business radio with jessican kupferman (and myself laughing) and more kid coughing (does this ever stop?)
smelling :: mango coconut candle from my bud kirsten at kmk design.
seeing :: myself in new ways. i’ve been shopping my closet and remixing my clothes to participate in #stylememay on instagram.
feeling :: honored people are reaching out to me about the healthy happy sane teacher home study program. i helped create the program i needed when i was working in the classroom and i am so humbled by the feedback and interest.
wishing/hoping :: you and all the other (american) mamas a very happy mother’s day. have you checked out what i’m (trying to) teach my kids over at yes and yes? i got chills reading the other mamas’ words.
